Skylene was born in Petersburg, West Virginia on 4th December 1984 to Skylar and Darlene Montgomery. Her father, Skylar, was a garage door supplier.
She spent her initial years of education at Petersburg South High School, West Virginia.
Even as a child, she was always interested in sports and was reportedly quite good at both the sports volleyball and softball.
Softball is a very popular sport in the USA and Skylene has always been interested in the traditional aspects of her country.

She did not let her ambition burn out, and tried again for the same pageant in 2007. Skylene’s efforts were met with significant progress, as she was announced as the 4th runner-up in the 2007 pageant.
Finally, in 2008, all of Skyline’s hard work and effort paid finally off, and she was crowned Miss West Virginia 2008.

Skylene Montgomery Personal Life
Skylene has been under the spotlight once again post her success at Miss USA competitions and after her engagement to long-term boyfriend, Sean Payton.
